HOURLY RATE: Starting at $19.75 an hour for Standard Cargo Vans. You can earn 10-hour guarantee based on your performance.

TENURE INCREASES: To encourage tenure and growth within the company, Malvi Logistics will adjust pay rates based on routes completed every 6 months capping at $22 / hr.

Education - Next Mile

In partnership with InStride - Malvi Logistics employees are eligible for up to $5,250 tuition reimbursement. This launches this January 2023.

Future

401(K): The 401(k) savings plan is offered through Human Interest and allows you to save for your future.

• You are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan as long as you are full time and 60 days of employment.

• You can contribute up to 75% of your regular earnings, and up to 85% of your bonus earnings – up to the IRS limit each year. The limit is $23,000 for 2024. If you are age 50 or older you can contribute up to $30,500 in 2024.

• Malvi Logistics matches 100% of your contributions up to 1% of your annual compensation, plus 50% of the next 5%.

Amazon Bonuses:

Amazon periodically rewards Malvi Logistics bonuses intended for Delivery Associates based on performance and availability during peak weeks, this bonus will be passed through Malvi Logistics and will be paid out at Amazon’s discretion.

These bonuses are subject to change at the company’s discretion and have certain eligibility requirements.
